Step Aerobics - These classes offer the cardio needed for weight loss
and the toning needed for firmness and definition.
Body Sculpting - Members will learn how to properly use body bars,
exercise bands, and simple exercises to help tone, firm and increase strength.
Pilates - A series of controlled movements engaging your body
& mind while focusing on improving flexibility and strength without building
Water Aerobics - This combination of cardio and water resistance gives
toning without impact and tension.
