(All pilates classes are followed by a 45 minute body sculpting class)

Step Aerobics - These classes offer the cardio needed for weight loss and the toning needed for firmness and definition.
 
Body Sculpting - Members will learn how to properly use body bars, exercise bands, and simple exercises to help tone, firm and increase strength.
 
Pilates - A series of controlled movements engaging your body & mind while focusing on improving flexibility and strength without building bulk.
 
Water Aerobics - This combination of cardio and water resistance gives toning without impact and tension.

We also offer a wide variety of cardio equipment, weight machines, and free weights which all play a huge part in burning fat and building that muscle:)
